Information on Newly Appointed Enforcement Agents
INFORMATION ON NEWLY APPOINTED ENFORCEMENT AGENTS
Upon appointment by the Minister of Justice and after receiving the Appointment Charter, the newly appointed enforcement agent should submit the following documents to the Chamber of Enforcement Agents:
- Application for receiving a decision determining the work commencement date as enforcement agent pursuant to Article 34 paragraph 5 of the Law on Enforcement Agents.
- Application for determining spatial conditions according to the Rulebook on the Type of Equipment and Space Necessary for Performing the Enforcement Agent Duty

The President of the Chamber of Enforcement Agents of the Republic of Macedonia shall sign Page 1 of the application form, as authorized person by the Basic Registry, whereas page 2 shall be signed by the enforcement agent. Everyone shall receive identification number in the Chamber of Enforcement Agents of the Republic of Macedonia as a Basic Registry.

Data necessary for registration in the Enforcement Agents Directory of the Chamber of Enforcement Agents of the Republic of Macedonia:
- Two color photos 2.5 x 3.5 cm
- Decision issued by the Central Registry of the Republic of Macedonia
- Enforcement agent’s account number and deponent bank
- M1 and M2 forms– copy
- E-mail address of the enforcement agent
Data necessary for the Book for Depositing Signature, Seal and Stamp:
- Signature, seal and stamp of the enforcement agent
Information:
The registration fee in the Chamber of Enforcement Agents of the Republic of Macedonia is 10,000.00 MKD
The monthly fee is 6,000.00 MKD
The monthly report shall be filled in on a form available on the website of the Chamber of Enforcement Agents on the following link: http://www.kirm.mk/mak/zapis.asp?id=96 and submitted in electronic form every month to the Chamber of Enforcement Agents on the following e-mail: izvrsitelinarm@yahoo.com and to the Ministry of Justice on the following e-mail: izvrsuvanje@yahoo.com, no later than the 5th day of the month.
Note: The Decision determining the work commencement date as enforcement agent shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia by the Chamber of Enforcement Agents, pursuant to Article 34 paragraph 5 of the Law on Enforcement Agents.
The application for registration in the Central Registry shall be submitted through the Chamber of Enforcement Agents of the Republic of Macedonia.
The Enforcement Agent Identification Card shall be issued by the Ministry of Justice where the application for issuing identification card is submitted, pursuant to Article 36 of the Law on Enforcement Agents.
