Information on Apprentices
INFORMATION ON APPRENTICES
The enforcement agent is entitled to engage apprentices in his office for the purpose of their professional training.
- The apprentices in the enforcement agent’s office shall:
– be employed by the enforcement agent, or
– perform voluntary work in the enforcement agent’s office.
- The apprentices working in the enforcement agent’s office shall be graduate law students with completed four years of high education in legal studies or graduate law students with acquired 300 credits according to the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS).
- Required documents for enrollment in the Directory of Apprentices Engaged by the Enforcement Agents kept by the Chamber of Enforcement Agents of the Republic of Macedonia shall be as follows:
- Certificate of education – copy
- M1 and M2 forms – copy or Agreement on performing voluntary work;
- CV
Remark:
The Chamber of Enforcement Agents shall issue a certificate for the period of professional training in the enforcement agent’s office on the basis of the data inscribed in the Directory of Apprentices Engaged by the Enforcement Agents.
Note:
The time spent as an apprentice in the enforcement agent’s office shall be equaled in relation to the right to take the bar and notary exam, enforcement agent exam or other professional exam, if the person meets the conditions provided for taking the appropriate exams.
