Action Plan promoting enforcement agent duty was adopted by the Government of the Republic of Macedonia at its 126th session

The Government of the Republic of Macedonia, at its 126th session, adopted the Action Plan promoting the enforcement agent duty. According to the Action Plan, the Chamber of Enforcement Agents, besides the Ministry of Justice, has its own duties within set time frames.
First activity provided for in this Action Plan was the roundtable, held in March 2013, in the State University of Tetovo, attended by the Minister of Justice and the President of the Chamber of Enforcement Agents of the Republic of Macedonia.
Second activity according to the Action Plan is the currently implemented activity – practical training for graduate law students who have applied to take the Enforcement Agent Exam in the enforcement offices in the period April – December 2013.
The Chamber of Enforcement Agents of the Republic of Macedonia shall register and deploy enrolled candidates to enforcement agents in accordance with the list of enforcement agents willing to accept graduate law student for apprenticeship.
